Kaleidoscope Family Solutions Rhode Island, Inc. (KFSRI) is a Medicaid approved provider through the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS). Kaleidoscope Family Solutions provides one-on-one, in-home and community based services to adults with special health care needs, behavioral concerns, and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Support programs available:
KFSRI is a licensed Developmental Disability Organization approved to provide services through the Department of Behavioral Health, Developmental Disabilities and Hospitals (BHDDH).
KFS is approved to provide:
- Supports Coordination
- Community-Based Supports
- Community-Based Day Program
- Professional Supports while at a Day Program
- Transportation
